Building details
This state of the art building is 60,000sqft (200ft x 300ft). The barn has a dirt floor surface, customizable arena space, roping chutes, bucking boxes, easy load-in access with large roll up doors, announcer booth, "Big Ass Fans," portable bleacher seating for 750, and digital timing board. Renting this barn includes access to our sound system, warm up arena in Topo Barn, and on grounds restrooms. It is a great space for private livestock events, rodeos, barrel races, and more!
Rental Details
- Commercial Rate: $4,500 OR 10% of Gross Reciepts (whichever is greater)
- Non-Commercial Rate: $850/day
- Portable Panel Pens: $25/Pen/Day (120 indoor and 180 outdoor)
Additional Rates:
- Deposit: $1,000
- Tractor: $125/day
- Water Truck: $125/day
- Setup Fee: $200/day
- Lights: $50/hr (no charge first 8 hours)
- StandBy ($35/hr): $280
- Security: $37/hr/guard (any additional hours after the first 8 hours wil be charged $45/hr/guard)
- Insurance is required
