This state of the art building is 55,000sqft (200ft x 275ft). The barn has a concrete floor surface, dirt layer over concrete for livestock pen configuration, easy load-in access with large roll up doors, and announcer booth. Renting this barn includes access to our sound system and on grounds restrooms. It is a great space for warm up arena, livestock pens, and more!

- Setup Fee: $200/day
- Lights: $50/hr (no charge first 8 hours)
- StandBy ($35/hr): $280
- Security: $37/hr/guard (any additional hours after the first 8 hours wil be charged $45/hr/guard)
